Great enthusiasm was shown toward your canape demonstrations which broke up the evening nicely and gave the ladies a few secrets to take home with them. Their healthy appetites were evidence that every morsel was delicious, and every piece of canape was consumed!! Nick the wine guru interacted well with the ladies throughout the evening and gave us a deeper understanding on what wines to match with various foods. You complemented each other nicely, working as a great combo to create an evening of energy. Nick was charismatic, intriguing and charming as he worked the room....not to mention comical!
